Bret McKenzie reportedly to adapt ‘Emmet Otter’s Jug-Band Christmas’

Flight of the Conchords star Bret McKenzie is reported to have signed up to write the script and music for Emmet Otter’s Jug-Band Christmas, based on the 1970s ABC special from the Jim Henson Company, which is in turn based based on the children’s book of the same name by Russell Hoban.
